About me
Romsey is my hometown of 20 years. I love East Ward living, the people, businesses, personalities and landscapes.
After completing year 12, I studied engineering; that was short lived! I was more interested in people facing work challenges and so my hospitality adventure began.
I commenced a diploma of marketing and small business, before working in iconic businesses: Hanging Rock Winery, The Lakehouse, Max’s at Red Hill, Number 8, Eyton on Yarra and RACV Country Club. Each workplace leaving a unique imprint on me and the professional I am today.
I’ve organised weddings, run events, community business awards, worked for an architectural firm, I've even worked in the concrete industry.
In 2016 I established, operated and went on to sell local café Verdure (2021). I was privileged to host a successful business in my local community.
Since selling Verdure I've enjoyed time with my family, completed the LEAD Loddon Murray community leadership program, returned to study Mental Health and now work part time in the addiction recovery space.
Beyond this I am a partner, daughter, sister and mum to three teens and a fur baby. I adore being outdoors, spending my free time hiking or in the garden.
I'd love to chat and hear your feedback, thoughts or ideas. Please reach out via the contact page.

Were you involved with the KRPF campaign?
Yes, I was an active member of Keep Romsey Pokies Free.
I invested time and effort in this campaign when I was unable to discover information that should have supported the application.
I contacted various stakeholders and conducted research to better understand the application, motivations, town impacts and potential community and club benefits.
106 individuals took time to submit to the VGCCC of which 80% were not in favour of the application. This is reflective of a community with strong established values that align closely with my personal values.
